Where do you go to order Business Tool Aides???
1. Log into your account at http://www.youravon.com/
2. Click on the “Orders” tab
3. Create an order for the current campaign; Click “Go”

You have decided to join the AVON team. We welcome you here and wish you all the best! This document has many of the answers to questions you may not know you even have yet! Y ou will find ideas on where to put your books, when to place an order, how to locate when your order is due, how to avoid scams, how much you will earn after your first 4 campaigns, learn about demo’s, the Deal of the Day, the power of 3, as well as some possible fee’s and representative costs, plus much more!
Q: When do I submit my orders?
A: -Look at your RPS Schedule and pay attention to the youravon.com website for when your current campaign order is due.
-Orders must be submitted on time!!
-If you are late you will incur a $7 late fee.
Q: How do I determine my RPS Schedule “delivery schedule”?
A: -Follow the instructions:
1. Click on 'my account'
2. Click on 'profile'
3. In the 'Account Information' section, under your name is an RPS Code.
1. Your RPS Code number will show and a link for the calendar (your calendar is given to you at the time of your appointment into Avon).
2. The calendar will show the dates for each campaign for the year.
Q: Can I place more than one order per campaign?
A: -If you place more than one order per campaign, you will incur a fee.
-$7, $10, or $16 fee (depending on size of order)
-You will be charged $7, even if the order is only $1.
-Customers wanting something right away should be urged to order online at your site and select direct delivery! (eRep only)
Q: What if I do NOT want to place an order this campaign?
A: -You are NOT required to place an order each campaign. If you do not place 3 consecutive orders you will be in inactive status and will need to get reinstated.
Q: When does my order/account balance have to paid?
A: -Orders must be paid BEFORE you submit your next order.
-Non-payment the first campaign is $5.
-The 2nd and 3rd campaign not paid is $10 each.
-If you don't pay, you will be removed as a delinquent account and be unable to sell Avon ever again.
Q: Can I make partial payments or more than one payment on my account per campaign?
A: -You can make more than one payment per campaign, without penalty!
Q: When do I receive credit for credit card payments?
A: -When Avon receives the slip mailed in, Avon will credit your account.
-When accepting credit cards, mail in the slip asap to receive credit asap!
Q: How many demo items may I purchase?
A: -New Representatives are limited to purchasing 1 demo item per item in each campaign (unless it states "unlimited quantities".
-You can purchase 1 of each but not 1 of each color, shade, size, etc.
Q: Where is the Deal of the Day items that I elected to purchase?
A: -When you select to purchase a Deal of the Day, you will see it on your invoice but not in your cart.
Q: How many brochures do I order?
A: -The number of brochures you order is up to you!
-When ordering brochures, remember they come in packs of 10.
-So, selecting 10 will have you ordering 100 brochures!
-When ordering brochures, remember at first that 100 brochures is less that 20 dollars and spreading your name is worth the $20!!
-I recommend at least 1 case (60) of books per campaign; (always keep 1 brochure for yourself).
Q: How much does it cost to be an e-representative?
A: -When you are an e-representative, the first 6 campaign are free. After that you pay $7.50 per campaign to have your own personalized Avon webpage.
-In order to have your $7.50 fee waived you must have at least 1 e-customer per campaign.
Q: Why are the items in my cart showing full price without a discount?
A: -When you add items to your cart, the item will show at the customer's price.
-When you submit your order, the invoice will show the price you pay!
Q: Do I get a discount on Business Tools?
A: -There is no discount on business tools.
-Business tools will show the accurate price (the price you pay).
Q: Why are the demo products I ordered showing full price instead of the demo price?
A: -Demo products will show at the customer's price, but will be adjusted to the demo price on your invoice.
-You have to have a $50 order in sales/supplies to receive the demo price, otherwise it is only 20% off the original price.
Q: What is 'tossing'?
A: -Tossing is when you throw, place, or hang brochures in homes, businesses or public.
-It is a good idea to use the What's New Plastic bags to do this.
*Check with local police to ensure it is okay to do this!! This can be considered littering.
Q: How much commission do I make for online orders?
A: -Orders placed online only receive a 20% commission.
Q: How many campaign brochures back can I order out of?
A: -You can purchase from older brochures up to 2 campaigns back.

-This can be done to ensure a customer receives a product at the price that is reflected in the brochure they have.
Q: What do I do when I have someone interested in selling Avon?
A: -For the 1st new recruit you MUST contact your upline (the person who signed you up) representative or District Manager and have them with you during the appointment.
Q: How many campaigns in a row can I not order?
A: -Be sure to avoid not ordering more than THREE campaigns in a row, as you will be considered inactive and removed as an Avon representative. You will want to place an order every campaign (even if it's just for brochures) -- remember, if you do not have any books, then your store is closed.
Q: What do I do with old brochures?
A: -Don't throw them away!
-Go "Tossing" and hand them out with a sticker or note on the front or back stating that the brochure is out of date and to call for current pricing or a current brochure.
Q: How do I charge a customer taxes?
A: -Taxes are based on your local state taxes.
-Taxes are charged on brochure price and $.75 fee.
Q: Are there any fees to order with Avon?
A: -Avon does not charge you for shipping.
-Instead Avon charges a $2.50 processing fee.
Q: How do I do order the 'Buy One Get One Free' items?
A: -If there is not a choice on which item comes Free, then order the required item and nothing else.
-If there is a choice on which item comes Free with the purchase, then order the required item and order the free item.
Q: Do I have to order samples?
A: -No, it is up to you.
Q: Do I have to put an expiration date on my books?
A: -No, it is up to you.
Q: Do I have to order brochures in Spanish?
A: -No, it is up to you.
-Spanish brochures come in packs of 5.
Q: How do I order supplies and business tools?

Q: When do I pay taxes on my Avon sales?
A: -Seek the advice of a professional tax expert.
-Avon automatically submits to the IRS a notice when you earn (not sell) over $5,000 that year.
